Car Rental - Terms and conditions:

Required documents for car rental  and information /natural person/:

• valid ID card  or passport
• valid driver license ( at least 1 year )
• minimum age of 21 (min. age of 23 for business, and 25 for SUV or VAN class)
• the approximate travel plan and the country you plan to travel with the vehicle

Required documents for car rental  / legal person /:

• company Name, identification number and TAX ID (VAT ID)
• valid ID card and driver license of the driver of the car
• contract of car rental has to be signed by the company executive or empowered person.
• the approximate travel plan and the country you plan to travel with the vehicle

Payment conditions :

• The Rental fees are paid by paying the invoice or in cash or a debit / credit card (we accept all domestic payment cards with the logo ZBK and international MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron)
• Both cash and credit card payments can be made externally of the company office through the use of our POS terminal.
• In case of payment in cash, the client pays the rent fee for car rental and a refundable deposit. The extent of the deposit depends on type of a car. This deposit  will be refunded to the client in full amount in the case of the car being returned in the received condition. If the client shall prefer to pay using a credit card, they will pay the rent price for the car rental, with the refundable deposit being held on their credit card. This deposit  will be refunded to the client in full amount in the case of the car being returned in the received condition. 

• In case of insurance event renter is obliged to partake of claim settlement amounting to min. 200,-EUR and to max. of 5% out of service cost, except the cases of wanton injury or damages caused under intoxication or other dazing drugs and psychotropic substances in which renter answers for damage to full extent. Thereby the obligation of repayment of any other duties (e.g. redemption, sanctions, etc.) is not aggrieved, according to valid legal regulations, Rental Contract or these General Vehicle Rental Contract Terms and Conditions. If renter choose to buy the „Full Insurance option“ in the Rental agreeement, there is 0% participation on service cost.

• If we receive a penalty for the lease period, this amount will be withdrawn from the card of the customer's card, which he specified in the car rental contract as a guarantee for the use of the vehicle.
• The prices on this website are exclusive of VAT.

Disposal of car at arrival to Slovakia:

• You will be able to get your vehicle within Bratislava free of charge on your order (in front of your company, hotel or private address) you can come to pick up the car in front of the OPERA Garage on Jesenského Street.
• We charge 10 EUR for car delivery to Bratislava airport and 40 EUR for delivery of a vehicle Vienna airport. 

Can we also drive the car abroad?

Yes, but prior to driving abroad you have to give a  notice the car renter mentioning that you are going to leave the territory of the Slovak Republic. 

Cancelation Policy

IIf you cancel the agreed vehicle rental less than 3 days before the agreed date, we will charge you a cancellation fee in the amount of one day's rental from the agreed rental price.
